Who Gets Counseling?

Intelligent, enlightened people get counseling. Regular people having problems functioning at home, school, on the job, or in relationships come to counseling.

People come to counseling because they are seeking positive changes in their lives.  Having a skilled and objective therapist as your "partner in change" will help you take the necessary life-changing steps to improve your life.

Counseling at Better Day Counseling is in a safe, comfortable, and confidential setting.  As your therapist, I am experienced, caring, direct, and respectful.  

Although most counseling takes place at the Better Day Counseling office, virtual and telephone counseling is available to anyone who lives in the state of Florida.  

There is no shame in seeking help.  The shame is in suffering needlessly when help is available.
