Monday through Friday, 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Saturdays 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Insurance:
Insurance accepted includes Cigna, United, Pacificare, Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Florida Healthy Kids, Value Options, and Aetna.
Payment:
I have reduced my rates!!! I see many people who are struggling in hard financial times to get through the recession. Because of this, I have reduced my rates.
Certainly, if you are fortunate enough to have insurance, you are only responsible for your deductible (if you have one), and your copay. If you do not have insurance, my fee is $95 per session. Sessions are generally 50 minutes to an hour.
Payment is due at the time of service. I accept cash, checks and credit cards (Visa, MC, & Discover). There will be a $25 charge for returned checks.
